We are pleased to offer our patients outside financing thorough Wells Fargo Financial and Care Credit. These options may allow you to finance your dentistry for up to six months, interest free! These choices can make dentistry financially comfortable for everyone.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by Valley Oak Dental Group regardless of your insurance coverage. Our doctors do not treat patients based on insurance coverage. We provide the highest quality care available, and recommend treatment that we would want for our families and ourselves.
You will receive a monthly statement as long as you have a balance. Most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can arrange for a monthly payment plan, but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure.
